In June 2019, the PCC Group launched the program “Safe Work – MY choice”.
One of the main goals of the program is to ensure the safety of employees and to promote safe behaviors. Activities planned under the program, ie trainings, meetings with superiors, information and poster actions, are aimed at increasing the awareness of the employees of the PCC Group on the subject of safe work and its significance for health, well-being and efficiency of performing duties.
The program will be implemented in six areas:
1. Proper clothing and protective equipment
2. Incident reporting
3. Chemical factors in the work environment
4. Work at heights
5. Work in confined spaces
6. Emergency routes and exits
